Perennial Properties Going CMS

Over the next couple months, 16toads will be converting Perennial Properties basic HTML web site into a full-fledged Content Managed web site. 16toads has been working with Perennial for the past three years performing basic monthly site maintenance.

In an effort to bring the day-to-day content management in-house, 16toads spent a great deal of time consulting with our client about the benefits of converting their site into a CMS-driven workhorse. Many of the changes they wanted to make to the site made far more sense with a CMS platform than by attempting to bolt on additional modules for features like a blog.  We explained that by porting their current site into a CMS-driven site they would not only save money on their maintenance costs, but also solve many of the not-so-basic maintenance issues related to SEO as well as content submissions to search engines.  In short, a CMS would provide them with a tremendous amount of additional value as part of the basic CMS package and provide them with a fully scalable platform for future growth.

We are looking forward to taking their web site to a whole new level of functionality.
