Perennial (v2) CMS Launches

We have spent the past couple months converting the web site we originally designed and developed for Perennial Properties [three years ago] into a dynamic CMS-driven web platform.  Perennial's vastly improved web site will provide our long-standing client with the ability to easily manage and maintain PerennialProperties.net in-house through a web-based interface.

Much, if not most, of the improvement will be unnoticeable to their web site visitors. But, make no mistake, this powerful new system packs a huge dynamic punch. Fully three quarters of the site is dynamically driven from a single form their in-house administrator can change on a whim. Adding new properties is a snap. Each time a property is added (or deleted), eight pages are created or automatically updated with information pertaining to that specific property. We made a host of other improvements to the overall site design, usability, and search optimization as well.

All-in-all, this is an impressive upgrade and one that will undoubtedly make life a lot easier for one of our best clients ... and, for us.
