VITA Web Site Design

Encaffeinated's honcho and resident EE guru, Chad Crowell, asked us if we would be interested in helping his company design the look and feel for the web site of one of their best clients, VITA inc. We took one look at VITA's photography assets and quite literally jumped at the opportunity to work with him on this project.

We thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with Encaffeinated and the folks at VITA to get the design where it needed to be in order to fit with their spartan aesthetic. We spent a good deal of time researching competitor sites in order to devise a novel navigational structure that assures users never get "stuck" on a portfolio page with nowhere to go. Our design solution avoids cluttering the interface with unneeded elements without sacrificing the users ability to navigate from page to page.

This web site design was a challenging exercise in simplicity and one of our favorite projects to date.

VITA Inc. is located north of San Francisco in Marin County; they are a small, marvelously talented group of landscape designers and architects.

Encaffeinated is located north of San Francisco in Novato, California. And, despite hulking appearances, Chad Crowell is one of the EE community's nicest, most-respected and talented developers.
